The Board of Directors of NYSDRA is composed of seven to twenty-one members. It is broken down as follows:

Nine Regional Directors, voted upon by the regional membership,
Up to three (3) CDRC Directors elected by the CDRC Members, and
At least three (3) At-Large Directors elected by the entire membership.
The Executive Committee is comprised of the President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary and the Immediate Past President.

Board Members are voted into office at NYSDRA's Annual Meeting, and take office the following January.
