Linda Cohen joined NYSDRA in May 2009.  Prior to her association with NYSDRA, Linda was the Executive Director of the New York State Corps Collaboration, an association of youth service and conservation corps, for twelve years. She is a graduate of Union College, Albany Law School, and the George Washington University National Law Center and a member of the Bar in New York and the District of Columbia. In addition to her association experience, Linda has held positions in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, including as an Assistant Attorney General in New York, in the New York State Assembly, and in the New York State court system. She has extensive experience with media and public advocacy campaigns, including developing her own column on legal issues for Inside Sports magazine, and has published several editorials in newspapers and journals. Linda is a graduate of the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Class of 2004, and sits on the Board of the Empire State Society of Association Executives and the Law, Youth and Citizenship Committee of the New York State Bar Association.

Charlotte Carter is the Statewide Program Director of the NYS Agricultural Mediation Program (NYSAMP), which provides mediation services to producers and others in the agricultural community.  Charlotte has been a mediator since 1992, and specializes in family and community conflicts. In 2004 she was employed by NYSDRA as the manager of the Independent Mediation Assistance Program (IMAP) for survivors of clergy sexual abuse in the Albany Diocese.  In 2006 she became the Program Manager of NYSAMP.  Charlotte currently serves on the Board of the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Greene County, and is the director of her local food pantry.  She earned her degree of Juris Doctor from Yale University in 1985.  www.nysamp.com

Alison Ritchie joined NYSDRA in June 2007 as the Director of Member Services and Event Planning. She works to develop and maintain membership and service programs for association members. She also works to plan training events and conferences. Alison serves as the staff liaison to the Membership, Programs and Awards and Training Committees. She comes to NYSDRA with over 5 years of experience in association management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Providence College in Rhode Island.

Christine Tauzel joined NYSDRA in 2009 and is the Program Manager of the NYS Agricultural Mediation Program (NYSAMP).  Prior to joining NYSDRA, Chris worked as a Constituent Aide for NYS Senator James L. Seward, and more recently, as a Temporary Program Technician for the USDA Farm Service Agency in Delaware and Otsego Counties.  Chris’s family operates a dairy farm in Otsego County; and prior to her employment with Senator Seward, she had been active in 4H, Farm Bureau, and Cornell Cooperative Extension.  Chris has been an advisor to the local high school drama club for many years, and is a Cornell University graduate.  www.nysamp.com

Nedra Abbruzzese-Werling joined NYSDRA in 2011, where she acts as the Lemon Law Program Manager.  She comes to NYSDRA with over six years experience working in higher education administration as a Program Coordinator at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she also received her Juris Doctorate.  She is an admitted member of the Connecticut bar.  Nedra also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut in Storrs.
