Property is covered quickly in one day during the New York State version of the Association for Conflict Resolution Approved Family and Divorce Mediation Training. Property Mediation Part II is designed to give you the time needed to understand concepts such as valuations, enhanced earning capacity, long-term liability issues, and questions a mediator should ask when discussing real property and pensions. This class, uniquely designed to allow you to log in at the time and place of your convenience, offers time to practice skills and have questions answered.

Students will:

  • Review marital property concepts, resources and referral sources;
  • Review and discuss case studies;
  • Practice computations using case studies;
  • Participate in weekly (optional) Q & A sessions to have your questions answered in detail.

New modules will be loaded to the user-friendly online classroom each week. Students can log on, complete and post assignments, and get class feedback any time during the week. Every Wednesday in October at noon (EST), you can phone in or log in for a live Q & A period with Bobbie to have your personal questions answered.

Proof of completion of an approved New York State Family and Divorce Mediation Training required. Class size limited. Online login instructions will be emailed one week prior to class. Fee $129. All major credit cards accepted. Class held October 1-31, 2014. Deadline: October 6, 2014. Sign up today at:
