About the Trainer
Robert Collins, Esq., has practiced and taught divorce mediation for the past thirty years. He currently serves as Director of the Divorce Mediation Clinic at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and teaches at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. He is considered one of most experienced family mediators in New York City, and is cited by Cardozo Law School as being among “the pioneers of divorce mediation in New York.”
“I found this training to be enormously helpful not only as a thorough preparation for mediating divorce cases, but also as an advanced level mediation training for some of the most challenging relationships, which are so frequently encountered in other types of disputes. Compared to many other trainings that focus on either law or psychology, often to the detriment of both, Bob manages to seamlessly mix both areas in an engaging and entertaining training.”
~Neely Moked, Attorney at Law
“The Divorce Mediation training run by Bob Collins is second to none! Bob is not only one of the pioneers of Divorce Mediation who imparts his years of wisdom but he is an outstanding presenter who effortlessly engages and inspires. This training lays a solid foundation that will better prepare mediators for the unique challenges of Divorce Mediation!”
