Emphasis will be placed on the impact of opening statements, the framing of issues and techniques for generating movement or bridging impasse. Participants will also explore the structure of the brain including the prefrontal cortex and limbic system and how these and other areas of the brain are associated with specific aspects of behavior and decision making. Emphasis will also be placed on the difference between gut feelings and reason.
