In the AMT, we go beyond the basics andinto the trickiest parts of mediation with an intimate group of committed learners. Whether it’s building an agenda, dealing with high emotion, or generating and assessing options, this training will expand your comfort zone and take onthe most challenging aspects of mediation.

Key Content:

  • Interest-based reflection
  • Managing cross-talk, high emotion
  • Cross-cultural mediation
  • Core-skill refresher exercises

Through hands-on activities, extensive role plays, group discussion, peer feedback, and of course, movie clips and pop culture, the AMT will tone your mediator muscles.
