Dispute Resolution Center of CCFMC is proud to present:

Cultural Humility Training

This training is centered on the concept of cultural humility and its role in the mediation practice. Cultural humility is a core skill and attitude for any mediator, regardless of case type. All participants in a mediation session – parties and mediators – are influenced by culture intheir thoughts, words, and actions. By committing to ongoing self-reflection and self-critique,mediators are dedicating themselves to a practice that will improve their competency byimproving their listening skills, heightening their mindfulness, and enhancing their ability toattend to the parties and their conversation in mediation.
