Regina Ritcey has worked in the Dispute Resolution field for over 25 years, engaged in a variety of roles including mediating, training, and directing mediation programs in a range of settings including at the American Arbitration Association, various community dispute resolution programs, both in California and New York, and as a staff mediator with the New York City Family Court’s Child Permanency Mediation Program.   Regina is a trained divorce mediator and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York.  Regina is a graduate of Boston College (A.B.) and the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D.), where she was a Teaching Assistant for the law school’s mediation clinic, and clerked at the United States Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division.  She is admitted to the New York Bar.

Claudia joined NYSDRA in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience as a farmer and sustainable food system activist. She and her husband own and operate Little Seed Gardens, a 97-acre family farm in the Hudson Valley region. Claudia has worked on agriculture related projects with diverse stakeholders and has been a mentor to young farmers on farm as well as through the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York mentoring programs. Claudia obtained her master’s degree in conflict resolution with a concentration in environmental conflict from Antioch University Midwest. She is also a graduate of Mediate Your Life where she was trained in compassionate communication and mediation.

Christine joined NYSDRA in 2009 as the Program Manager of the New York State Agricultural Mediation Program (NYSAMP). She was promoted to Program Director in 2016. Prior to joining NYSDRA, Chris worked as a Constituent Aide for NYS Senator James L. Seward, and more recently, as a Temporary Program Technician for the USDA Farm Service Agency in Delaware and Otsego Counties. Prior to her employment with Senator Seward, she had been active in 4H, Farm Bureau, and Cornell Cooperative Extension. Chris’ family operates a dairy farm in Otsego County. She is a graduate of Cornell University.

 Shari Greenleaf joined the staff at NYSDA in January 2017 following her retirement from New York State service after 22 years of serving as a legal advocate in public education.Shari has served as a volunteer mediator at Mediation Matters in the Capital District and is trained as a Special Education Mediator, a Lemon Law Arbitrator, in Restorative Justice and in Custody and Divorce.  Shari received her juris doctor from Syracuse University School of Law in1986 and her bachelor of arts from SUNY Potsdam in 1983.  Shari has also done extensive graduate work at College of St Rose and SUNY Albany in the area of School Leadership and School Administration.  Shari enjoys her leisure time by spending time with family, reading, sewing, and engaging an outdoor activities.



Lemon Law Program Manager

Josh Aron joined NYSDRA in May 2017 as Program Manager of the New York State Attorney General's Lemon Law Arbitration Program.  Prior to joining NYSDRA Josh worked at Tully Rinckey law firm where he assisted both attorneys and clients.  Upon graduating from Barry University School of Law Josh interned at the Manhattan Borough Presidents Office, where he researched and contributed to policy reports.

George joined NYSDRA in June 2017 as Project Coordinator for the Lemon Law Program and later transitioned into his current role as Special Education Mediation Program Manager.  George has spent most of his professional career in the legal field and was previously employed by Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP prior to joining NYSDRA.  From intern, to law clerk, to staff attorney, George's work experience stretches to many areas of law including but not limited to criminal law, contracts law, corporate law, and tort law.  George holds both a B.A. from The City College of New York and a J.D. from Albany Law School.
