Theresa Hobbs is the Executive Director at NYSDRA. In this role, she provides organizational leadership in line with NYSDRA’s corporate vision, supports the interests of the statewide network of Community Dispute Resolution Centers, and works to maintain and grow the delivery of high-quality ADR-related services.

Theresa has over fifteen years of professional leadership and business management experience in corporate environments, higher education, and within community-based organizations focused on issues of access to justice.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY, and a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Western New England University.

Theresa resides in the Capital Region with her three children. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family, trying out new vegan recipes and working as a volunteer for Braver Angels, an organization of individuals dedicated to facilitating conversations across political divides.
