Our members consist of volunteers, individual practitioners, conflict management professionals from a variety of industries and the Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs) that service the 62 counties throughout New York State. With the continued support of our members and in partnership with the CDRCs, we provide services to over 74,000 New York residents every year.

    Academic Partnership with Marist College

    As a way of saying “thank you” to our employees, members, and volunteers, the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. (NYSDRA) has entered into an academic partnership with Marist College. The partnership offers special tuition pricing for all employees, members, volunteers, and immediate family members. 


    • A 50% tuition discount on the Masters of Public Administration Program (MPA) for all employees, members and volunteers.
    • A 25% tuition discount on select graduate and adult undergraduate degree programs. For a complete list of eligible programs and discounted pricing, visit the eligible programs and pricing page.
    • The same 25% discount is extended to immediate family members age 22 and older upon admission.
    • Options for full-time and part-time master’s and bachelor’s degree programs offered 100% online, on-campus, or a combination of both.

  • Discounted Products & Services

    • CDRC members enjoy free access to both interpretation and translation services to all center members. This includes telephonic and video-based interpretation services, and translation of documents, such as brochures, flyers, etc.
    • NYSDRA also has negotiated an academic partnership with Marist College, which allows for a 50% tuition discount on the Master of Public Administration Program (MPA), a 25% tuition discount on select graduate and adult undergraduate degree programs, and a 25% discount is extended to immediate family members of NYSDRA “members”.
