About Daniel Kos

Daniel Kos is the Statewide ADR Coordinator for NYS Unified Court System’s Division of ADR. He oversees the training and data collection units within the Division and supports program development statewide.  For the last twenty years he has worked with courts, state agencies, local stakeholders, and funders to develop ADR programs in a variety of court-based and community settings.
