Don Raiano is the Lemon Law Program Manager at NYSDRA. In this role, he provides overall program coordination and outreach for the Lemon Law Arbitration Program for the entire state of New York. Don engages all participating parties (consumer, manufacturers, leasing companies, used vehicle dealers, and attorneys) to provide program information and serves as a resource to local dispute resolution centers and arbitrators on program regulations and procedures. Don has prior experience settling legal cases, specifically with Lemon Law claims and automobile manufacturers.

Don holds an A.A.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Schenectady and a B.B.A. in Business and Technology Management from SUNY Delhi. His hobbies include guitar, golfing, traveling and shopping.
