Champions for ADR in Family Court, Part 1
This session is designed as an overview of how CDRCs collaborate with Family Court in their ADR programs. Panelists from the CDRC network will present about collaboration among Family Court staff and ADR providers, the benefits and successes of Family Court ADR programs, and the processes and procedures that work, including referral methods, screening, forms, and tools for measuring impact. Panelists will also discuss how they involve the child’s voice in ADR – from the inclusion of Attorneys for the Child to the presence of youth in mediation sessions.
