Champions for ADR in Family Court, Part 1 (CLE)

This session is intended primarily for court personnel and is designed as a high-level overview of how Family Court ADR programs are structured. Panelists from the CDRC network as well as from court-based ADR programs will present about collaboration among Family Court staff and ADR providers, the benefits and successes of ADR programs, and the processes and procedures that work including referral methods, screening, forms, and tools for measuring impact. Panelists will also discuss how they involve the child’s voice in ADR – from the inclusion of Attorneys for the Child to the presence of youth in mediation sessions.
