EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Felicia is an experienced trial attorney who has devoted her practice to mediation and arbitration. As a full-time neutral, she has conducted over 3,000 mediations in disputes involving contracts, employment, insurance, disabilities, early childhood intervention, sexual assault/harassment, products liability, personal injury and numerous other disciplines. Felicia serves on several national ADR panels including the American Arbitration Association, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention Resolution, FINRA, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Felicia trains and mentors other mediators and is frequently invited to speak at law schools, universities, and legal and professional organizations. She received a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Tufts University and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
SOCIAL/VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION
Felicia is a certified pet therapy handler, a volunteer ombudsman for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and a frequent speaker and writer on teen/tween cyberbullying, sexting and social media.
