Hilary Packer

Hillary Packer serves as Associate Director of Restorative Practices at the Center for Justice Innovation where she supports a variety of projects that work to reduce the use of incarceration and other punitive responses to harm.

Her recent work has focused on vehicular and intimate partner violence. She is most interested in how our collective responses to harm can support the somatics of healing. Hillary is a licensed attorney and an Understanding-based certified mediator.

She received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from CUNY School of Law.
