EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Jose is trained and certified in transformational and facilitative mediation. Certified under Part 146 of the rules of the Chief Administrative Judge. He is certified in Custody and Visitation, Kinship, Commercial, Divorce, Restorative Circles, and Child Permanency Mediation and others. As part of his duties as a Chief Administrative Officer, he has mediated many conflicts in the workplace. He has over 30 years’ experience in law enforcement and the court system. He retired from the NYS courts after serving as the Chief Clerk of the Supreme and County Court and the Commissioner of Jurors in Livingston County, New York. Jose has a master’s degree in strategic leadership and is fluent in Spanish.
