EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
After earning a degree in Human Services with a Counseling focus, Mark has been a professional Mediator for over fifteen years. Trained and certified in accordance with standards set by the New York State Unified Court System, Mark has earned nearly two dozen specialty certifications, including Divorce & Separation, Parenting Plan, Child Support, Large Group, Workplace, Special Education, Parent-Teen, Agricultural, and Attorney-Client Fee Disputes.
Mark is also a trained Civil Practice Arbitrator, processing cases from Small Claims, Criminal Restitution, and Lemon Law. In addition, Mark has been trained in a variety of Restorative Justice Practices, such as Community Circles, Responsive Circles, and Family Group Conferencing.
Having delivered hundreds of hours of quality training across the state and across the country, Mark has created a variety of programs for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and communities.
