About Subrata Paul

Subrata is a Program Manager at the Center for Dispute Settlement, serving the Finger Lakes region. She oversees the Center’s Special Education Mediation Program across their eight offices, ensuring program quality and compliance. She mediates Custody and Visitation, Divorce, Small Claims, and Special Education cases and, additionally, mediates for the Child Permanency Program, offered through the Unified Court System. In addition to her mediation work, Subrata is a practicing attorney.
