Toni Garner serves as a Program Manager at the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA), where they manage the Community Mediation Service Corps (CMSC) AmeriCorps Program and the ACCES-VR Mediation Program. In this role, Toni oversees program operations, coordinates with partners and participating organizations, supports program development and implementation, and helps ensure effective delivery of services across both statewide initiatives.

Having previously served as both a Program Associate and Administrative Assistant with NYSDRA, Toni brings a strong understanding of the organization’s programs, operations, and community partnerships to their current role.

Toni also brings a broad range of professional experience across childcare, healthcare, animal training, customer service, and retail. Their diverse background has cultivated a unique ability to understand and respond to the needs of individuals, teams, and community partners from a variety of backgrounds.

Toni holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development. Their educational background complements their work in program management, member and partner support, communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution.
